Once you have signed your online store agreement, we will provide you with the link below to submit your store setup questionnaire. Once submitted, our e-commerce team will receive the details and begin configuring your store setup. You are not locked into any of these answers and we can make changes to any of these configurations at any time.

3. Do you need to provide access to a company budget payment method for internal users?
4. For company budget orders, what information do you need to capture for your reporting purposes (i.e. GL code, cost center, location, etc)?
5. Would you like to display and enforce budget balances?
6. Would you like to put budget orders on-hold for approval by an authorized approver?
7. Would you like create any gift codes to the store launch?
8. Would you like to add your shipping account to the store? If so, who would you like to ship with (UPS or FedEx)?
